Now… For the rest of you horny buggers, here are the top pornography searches thanks to PornHub’s 2023 year in review.
The popular website was visited billions of times throughout the year and its yearly insights reveal that the top searches are often influenced by what’s going on in pop culture and other world events.
With that in mind, we expected to see a lot of ‘Barbie’ and ‘Feet’ on this list but the top five trends list was a little different.
Coming in at number one was ‘mature’ with the MILF category proving popular (see American Pie for a definition of MILF), mature cougar and even granny getting a look in. Mature is the second most popular category for men and seventh for women.
The number two trend was supersized with the terms “big,” “bigger” and “biggest” growing by 177 per cent and people searching for huge… well anything.
Maybe the rise of ChatGPT helped the number three trend grow in prominence. All you dirty little perves are living in 2423 not 2023 with the search term android growing by 1689 per cent. Sex machine, robot and NPC (non playable character) all grew in popularity.
Number four harkened back to a classic with people wanting to pay tribute to those who live to serve and searching for uniforms with soldiers and cops growing in popularity.
We’ve had a tough few years, which could be why many of us went looking for sexual healing in our pornography… the terms massage therapy, sex therapy and personal trainer all got a bump.
The most searched-for words in 2023 worldwide were:

While the year in review focused heavily on the US, some Australian insights were also shared.
Therapy was a top trending search in Australia growing by 541 per cent — showing we love some self-improvement!
Us Aussies, along with Canadians and Mexicans also showed more interest in the term “lesbian” than other parts of the world.
Australians were also more likely to watch porn on a smartphone with 86 per cent of us watching on our mobiles.
While public holidays around the world saw a drop in audiences, in Australia traffic grew by more than 17 per cent on Australia Day – who knew that we were so horny for patriotism?
On average, Aussies spent 9 minutes 30 seconds on the site, much lower than the longest watchers our mates living the Phillipines – who spent more than 11 minutes 15 seconds on the site. The worldwide average was 10 minutes 9 seconds with women tending on average to spend 9 seconds longer on the site than men.
Monday 11pm was the preferred time to watch porn, while Wednesday at 5am was the least preferred. Monday was also the most popular day to watch porn, while Saturday was the least popular.
The top trending search in Australia was the bizarre term “sharing a bed”… we had to Google what that search term relates to and Australia we’re disappointed in you.
