Prior to joining Shipup, Ashjan has held several senior positions at Global Blue, with over 10 years’ experience in financial management, retail technology and strategic leadership.

In his most recent role, Agop was responsible for Global Blue’s RetailTech portfolio, “providing him with a deep understanding of retail technologies and a strategic vision spanning various markets and regions”.

He lead the firm in expanding Shipup’s market reach, with a specific focus on accelerating growth in new markets such as the UK, as well as its established markets in France and the United States. This strategic move is an integral part of the company’s plan to increase its global footprint and revenue and dominate as leaders in post-purchase on a global scale”, it said.

Ashijan said Post-purchase “is such an important, yet often underlooked, part of the customer journey and retailers worldwide can benefit from the improvements it makes in customer loyalty and business growth”.

The firm’s clients include L’Occitane, Specsavers, and Printemps Retail. It operates in the post-purchase sector across 235 countries while tracking shipping data from more than 100 carriers worldwide.
