PPC 2024: UGC urges colleges, universities to telecast Pariksha Pe Charcha on January 29

Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024 is scheduled to take place on January 29, 2024. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is will interact with students, teachers, and parents at Bharat Manadapam, Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. The event will begin at 11:00 AM. More than 2 crore students have registered to participate in this annual event.
The University Grants Commission has urged higher educational institutions to make necessary arrangements for the students to watch the event.”The higher educational institutions are requested to display the above at prominent places and also to disseminate the information with the students and faculty members. Further, the HEIs are also requested to make necessary arrangements for watching the telecast/webcast of the programme on 29th January 2024 to make this programme a huge success,” reads the official letter.

According to the information available on the official website, 205.62 lakh students, 14.93 lakh teachers and 5.69 lakh parents have registered for Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024. Approximately 4,000 students will get a unique chance to directly interact with Prime Minister Modi.

Moreover, about 2050 participants will be shortlisted based on their questions submitted on the MyGov portal. They will receive a unique Pariksha Pe Charcha kit, which includes the Exam Warriors book in both Hindi and English, authored by the Prime Minister, along with a certificate.
This year, Prime Minister Modi will interact with students, teachers, and parents during Pariksha Pe Charcha- 2024 at Bharat Manadapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, at 11 AM on January 29, 2024. The entire event will be telecasted live on Doordarshan through channels like DD National, DD News, DD India, and other major private channels will also broadcast the program live.

The event will be broadcast live on radio channels such as All India Radio Medium Wave and All India Radio FM Channel.
