Fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing (PLT) has co-launched a third series of its popular YouTube programme ‘The Pink Courtroom’. following two successful previous seasons.
It sees Love Island contestant Indiyah Polack and social media personality and presenter Nella Rose returning “to deliver justice” by presiding over public disputes.
YouTube content is an increasingly popular way for brands to reach new and existing customers and the series’ success has been a strong marketing tool for PLT. It has helped propel its YouTube channel to gain over 350,000 new subscribers since the series launched and allowing viewers to ‘Shop The Looks’ from the show.
The show, which has so far amassed over 66 million views across social media, has “created a cultural phenomenon with viral moments, fan pages, and even TikTok audio clips used by over 50,000 users”, said PLT.
The new season sees the ‘judges’ encounter new members of the public entangled in sticky situations, “hearing the arguments, review the receipts, follow their intuitions, and deliver the final verdict”.
Every episode also features a pair of guests embroiled in a dispute, each claiming an opposing side of the story. However, only one guest is telling the truth It’s the task of judges is to unravel the deception and find in favour of the honest party.
Beckie Turnbull, Head of Social at PrettyLittleThing, said: “All episodes for both series have received over 1 million views each, which by any standard is incredibly impressive. This is an example of where PrettyLittleThing repeatedly listens to what the audiences needs to provide valuable content for the community to engage with.”
