Despite no official announcement on school closures in Delhi, neighbouring states like Haryana and Uttar Pradesh have opted for school closures. The decision to close schools in various states is prompted by the upcoming Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha at Ayodhya. This historic event, including the inauguration ceremony of the Ram Mandir, has led several states, including Uttar Pradesh and Goa, to declare school holidays. This ensures that the public can participate and collectively commemorate this momentous occasion.
