The RBI has also sent intimation for downloading the call letter through email and SMS to ensure candidates are informed promptly. When a candidate clicks the provided link, they will be directed to the call letter download window. To access the call letter, candidates will need their Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.

Candidates need to affix a recent recognizable photograph on the call letter, preferably the same one provided during registration. Additionally, they must appear at the examination centre with the call letter, a photo identity proof as specified in the call letter, and a photocopy of the same photo identity proof in its original form.
Candidates must strictly adhere to the reporting time mentioned in the call letter for both the preliminary and main examinations. Those who report late will not be permitted to take the examination. The reporting time is scheduled before the start time of the test. Although the duration of the preliminary examination is one hour, and the main examination is two hours and fifteen minutes, candidates may need to be at the venue for about two to three hours, including various formalities like document verification and instruction procedures.

The selection process for this position includes a preliminary examination, a main examination, and a Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
Preliminary Examination (Multiple Choice):
- English Language: 30 questions, 30 marks, 20 minutes
- Numerical Ability: 35 questions, 35 marks, 20 minutes
- Reasoning Ability: 35 questions, 35 marks, 20 minutes
The entire test has a total duration of 60 minutes, but candidates may need to be present at the venue for about 120 minutes to accommodate tasks like logging in and collecting call letters.
All tests except the English Language test will be provided in both English and Hindi. Each test is individually timed, and candidates can only attempt questions within the allotted time. Questions will have multiple choices, and for each wrong answer, a penalty of 1/4th of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted.
The Scores of Online Examinations are calculated by considering the number of questions answered correctly and applying penalties for wrong answers. These Corrected Scores are then equated to account for any minor differences in difficulty levels across different test sessions.
It’s important to note that cutoffs may be applied in two stages: on scores in individual tests and on the total score.
