Improved pass rate, girls outperform boys: RBSE Class 5, 8 results 2024 highlights
This year’s RBSE Class 5 pass rate was impressive at 97.60%, up slightly from 97.30% last year.Compared to 2022, when the pass rate was 93.8%, this year’s performance shows a consistent upward trend in academic achievement. Breaking down the Class 5 results further, boys achieved a pass percentage of 96.89%, while girls outperformed them with a pass percentage of 97.23%.
For Class 8, the overall pass percentage was 95.72%. Boys had a pass percentage of 95.14%, whereas girls again showed higher performance with a pass percentage of 96.39%.

How to check RBSE Class 5, 8 Result 2024
To view the scorecards, students must click on the RBSE Class 5th 8th Result 2024 link located on the home page of Rajasthan Edu Board portal. After that, students are required to enter their roll number and press submit. Here is a step-by-step guide to check:
Step 1: Head to the official websites at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in or rajshaladarpan.nic.in or rajresults.nic.in.
Step 2: Navigate to the homepage and locate the link for RBSE Class 5th 8th Result 2024.
Step 3: Input your roll number as instructed and proceed by clicking ‘submit’.
Step 4: Once submitted, the Rajasthan Board Results for 2024 will display on your screen.
Step 5: Review and opt to download your mark sheet digitally.
Step 6: Ensure to retain a physical copy of RBSE Class 5th 8th Result 2024 for future reference.
No student will fail in class 5, those students who were absent on the day of the exam will get another chance to appear for the exam.

Overview of RBSE Class 5 result 2024
This year, 1,435,696 candidates appeared for the Class 5 examination, with 1,393,423 of them passing, resulting in an overall pass rate of 97.06%. Government schools had a pass rate of 96.79%, while private schools performed slightly better with a pass rate of 97.40%. The pass percentage for girl students was 97.23%, surpassing the boys’ pass percentage of 96.89%. The examination was conducted across 33 district DIETs, with the highest results recorded in the areas of Dausa, Sikar, Ajmer, Pratapgarh, and Churu. The results for a total of 9,538 candidates have been withheld for various reasons and will be released later.
Overview of RBSE Class 8 result 2024
A total of 1,250,800 candidates appeared for the Class 8 examination, out of which 1,197,321 passed, achieving an overall pass rate of 95.72%. Government schools had a pass rate of 94.54%, while private schools achieved a higher pass rate of 97.38%.
The pass percentage for girl students was 96.39%, again higher than the boys’ pass percentage of 95.14%. This examination was also conducted across 33 district DIETs, with the highest results seen in the areas of Sikar, Dausa, Alwar, Ajmer, and Nagaur. The results for 3,550 candidates have been withheld for various reasons and will be released at a later date.
