The largest grilled cheese sandwich measures 1.89 m (6 ft 2.41 in) wide, 3.32 m (10ft 10.7 in) long, and 7 cm (2.75 in) thick, achieved by Exodus and Iggy Chaudhry (both USA) with support from the Exodus and Iggy Show team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, on 21 October 2023.
The sandwich weighed 189.9 kg (418 lb 11oz) and used more than 40 kg (88lb 2.95 oz) of cheese. It was cooked on a giant grill made especially for the attempt.
Exodus and Iggy served the sandwich to the local community and donated the leftovers to local food banks.
