The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has begun the registration process for recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) grade ‘O’ and Executive Sales and Operations (ESO).
Eligible candidates can register themselves on the official website of IDBI recruitment at ibpsonline.ibps.in. Starting today, November 22, candidates will be able to register till December 6, 2023.
The examination schedule released with the notification, states that the online test will be held in December 30 & 31, 2023.Check the official website for updated details.

Eligibility criteria
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade “O”

  • Age: Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 25 years The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1998, and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive).
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/approved by the AICTE, UGC, etc.

Executive-Sales and Operations (ESO)

  • Age: Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 25 years The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1998, and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive).
  • Educational Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/approved by the Government/Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.

The notification added that completion of a diploma course alone will not be sufficient to meet the eligibility criteria
Selection process
The selection process for both Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ and Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) shall comprise Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) for JAM, and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
Examination pattern
The online examination for both Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) and Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) is structured as follows:

  1. Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation:
    • Number of Questions: 60
    • Maximum Marks: 60
  2. English Language:
    • Number of Questions: 40
    • Maximum Marks: 40
  3. Quantitative Aptitude:
    • Number of Questions: 40
    • Maximum Marks: 40
  4. General/Economy/Banking Awareness/Computer/IT:
    • Number of Questions: 60
    • Maximum Marks: 60

Candidates will have a composite time of 2 hours to complete the online examination, which includes Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude sections.
