The former wife of Australian swimming legend Michael Klim, explained she thought she could “refuse” some of the challenges.

“I thought that I could go in and say, ‘I can’t do push-ups, maybe I can do squats instead’,” she said.

“No. You get screamed at.”

During a helicopter challenge, Lindy attempted to climb a rope while in the water, which aggravated her injury.

“I tried to get up the rope, and it just tore even more,” Lindy said.

“I ended up having to have surgery.”

Lindy said she couldn’t swim in the challenge because she couldn’t use her arms, confessing she was forced to scissor kick her way to shore.

The mother-of-four went on to speak about her new fashion campaign for Tommy Hilfiger with her British property developer husband, Adam Ellis.

The photo shoot also features her children Stella, Rocco, Frankie, and Goldie.

“Never in a million years did I think I would be modelling for them at 45,” she said.

“It’s pretty cool. I love it.”

Lindy voluntarily withdrew from the last season of SAS Australia in October, admitting to being a ‘fish out of water’ on the tough reality show.
