Eligible candidates can register themselves on the official recruitment portal at sbi.co.in starting tomorrow, November 21, and will go on till December 12, 2023.
The recruitment exam is scheduled to be conducted in the month of January.
Eligibility for SBI CBO recruitment 2023:
Candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification acknowledged by the Central Government, which includes Integrated Dual Degree (IDD).Eligible candidates also include those with qualifications in fields such as Medicine, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, and Cost Accountancy.
The age range for candidates as of October 31 should be between 21 and 30 years old.
The application fee for the general category is ₹750. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwBD categories are exempt from paying the application fee.
Selection will depend on the Online Test, Screening, and Interview.
The online test includes an Objective Test (120 marks) and a Descriptive Test (50 marks). The Descriptive Test is conducted immediately after the Objective Test, requiring candidates to type their answers on the computer.
The objective test lasts for 2 hours and comprises four sections, totaling 120 marks. Each section has its own specified timing. The descriptive test, lasting 30 minutes, assesses English Language proficiency with two questions (Letter Writing and Essay), contributing to a total of 50 marks.

Selection process
To determine the merit list, candidates’ aggregate marks in the Online Test will be considered, and it will be categorized Circle-wise and Category-wise. This is contingent upon candidates meeting the experience criteria set by the Screening Committee.
Candidates numbering up to approximately three times the Circle-wise and Category-wise vacancies will be called for an interview. The selection will be made from the top of the merit list compiled based on Circle-wise and Category-wise vacancies, contingent upon the availability of qualified candidates.
Candidates must qualify in both the Online Test and Interview separately. Marks obtained in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test during the Online Test will be added to the Interview marks for the final merit list. The final merit list will be prepared by normalizing the marks scored in the Online Test and Interview, with a weightage of 75:25 respectively.
