As per the schedule, the PO Psychometric Test will be held from January 16 onwards. Whereas, the Group Exercise and Personal Interview (At LHO centres) will be conducted from January 21, 2024 onwards.
The main test took place on December 5, 2023, at different exam centers throughout the state.Only those candidates who successfully cleared the initial exam were allowed to participate in the main test.
Important Dates
Selection Process: Phase III
The third phase of the selection process comprises (i) Psychometric Test (ii) Group Exercise (iii) Interview.
Psychometric Test: The SBI will use a psychometric test to understand the personalities of candidates selected for Phase III. The test results will be presented to the interview panel for a comprehensive assessment.
Candidates must pass both Phase II and Phase III individually. Marks from the Main Examination (Phase-II), including both the Objective Test and Descriptive Test, will be combined with Phase III marks to create the final merit list. However, marks from the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) will not be considered in the final merit list for selection.

Note: The marks obtained by the candidates in Phase-II (Main Examination both Objective & Descriptive Tests) and Phase-III (Group Exercise & Interview) will be normalised to 100 marks as detailed below.
