Seeing Vanessa Hudgens’s Wedding Nails Was Well Worth the Wait — See the Photos

When I first heard Vanessa Hudgens was engaged, my first thought was, “What will she wear?” My second thought was, “Which manicure style will she choose?” The actor’s nails are never, ever boring — take this melted copper mani or her neon aura nails, for example — and I knew she’d do something suuuper special for her big day.

Turns out I was right. Hudgens unveiled her wedding look (pun intended) for Vogue recently, but her bridal nails weren’t really visible in all the shots of her gorgeous Vera Wang dresses. Thankfully V’s go-to manicurist Zola Ganzorigt came to our rescue and put our curious minds to rest with a detailed shot of the design. It was definitely worth the wait.

Though Hudgens was feeling more goth bride than fair princess for her bachelorette party mani, she leaned into the classic French manicure with a twist on her wedding day. Ganzorigt, who frequently works with Hudgens and also creates trendsetting sets for Hailey Bieber and Kylie Jenner, among many others, stuck to Hudgens’s preferred ultra long soft stiletto shape, painting the base with a sheer nude shade close to the actor’s skin tone. She then painted the tips with a soft white and applied a chrome powder atop Hudgens’s for a lightly glazed, pearlescent effect.

But that’s not all! Ganzorigt kept the pearly vibes going with teeny tiny seed pearls placed in a half-moon shape under the tips; at first glance, they’re so teeny you almost done notice them, but they give the manicure a lovely, romantic texture and sweet detail. If you asked me if I love this manicure, I’d tell you “I do.”
