Seven West Media is set to become the largest shareholder of ARN Media, a leading radio and on-demand audio company, which owns KIIS FM and iHeartRadio.
The announcement, understood to be scheduled for Monday morning before the market opens, comes after ARN Media made a bid for competitor Southern Cross Media Group — owner of 99 radio stations including Hit FM, Triple M, and 96 regional free-to-air TV stations.
