KUWAIT CITY, Feb 21: The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Tennis Federation, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Jaber in the presence of the Federation’s Secretary-General, Dr. Abdullah Abdulaziz, welcomed international referee Abdul -Raouf Abdul-Salam. The occasion marked his successful completion of the recently conducted international in refereeing studies course in Thailand, where he earned the silver badge in refereeing.
