Skims announced on Monday their latest collection in collaboration with Team USA for the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, launching exclusively on Skims.com on Wednesday.
Notably, the new collection will, for the first time, feature Skims men’s, Skims swim, and adaptive categories, broadening the brand’s commitment to inclusivity.
The limited-edition collection includes an array of underwear, sleepwear, swimwear, and loungewear designed with the brand’s signature ultra-soft, premium fabrics. Each piece displays the iconic Team USA marks along with the Olympic Rings and the Paralympic Agitos.
The collection is intended to be worn by athletes off-duty at the Olympic and Paralympic Games and by fans. The launch follows the success of previous capsule collections for Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022.
“I’m so honored for Skims to continue supporting Team USA and the inspiring athletes participating in the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games 2024. Our shared mission of empowering everybody really shines through in the collaboration this year with the addition of our men’s styles to reinventing our adaptive intimates.” said Kim Kardashian, co-founder and chief creative officer, Skims.
The collection launches with a campaign featuring athletes, including Olympic gymnast Sunisa Lee, sprinter Fred Kerley, track and field star Gabby Thomas, para-swimmer Jessica Long, swimmer Caeleb Dressel, and para-athlete Nick Mayhugh. The campaign, captured by photographer Greg Swales, is set against a nostalgic red backdrop with athletes posing with the American flag.
Kim Kardashian added: “The athletes in our campaign look incredible in the collection, and I can’t wait to cheer them on this summer in Skims!”
