As per the examination guidelines, candidates were shortlisted for further evaluation based on their aggregate performance in Section I and Section II of Paper I of the Tier-II Examination.The evaluation process included Section III, comprising the Computer Knowledge Test (CKT) Module and Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) for all posts, excluding Statistical Investigator (SI) Grade II. Candidates failing to qualify in Section I + Section II were ineligible for Section III evaluation.
The cut-off details for various categories and the number of candidates available for the further selection process are as follows:

Furthermore, as per the Commission’s notices, Option-cum-preference was collected online from candidates who appeared in Tier II. A total of 52092 candidates submitting their preferences online are now considered for the next phase of the selection process.
Qualifying in Tier-II, Paper-I, Section-III, Module-I (CKT), and Module-II (DEST) is important for securing a place in the final result, with Module-I and Module-II being of a qualifying nature.
Minimum qualifying marks and maximum percentage of errors have been set for different categories, ensuring a fair evaluation process. Additionally, cut-off marks in CKT and DEST have been established for posts requiring a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).

How to check SSC CGL Final Result 2023
Step 1: Open your web browser and go to the official website of the Staff Selection Commission at https://ssc.nic.in/.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the “Results” section. Hover over or click on this section to reveal a dropdown menu.
Step 3: From the dropdown menu, find and click on the option related to the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE). This will direct you to the CGLE results page.
Step 4: On the CGLE results page, search for the link specifically related to the “Final Result of CGLE 2023.” Click on this link to proceed.
Step 5: On the result page, you may be prompted to enter your examination details such as Roll Number and Date of Birth. Provide the required information accurately.
