NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission is scheduled to close down the registration process for the SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2023, today August 23. Candidates can apply for the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ [Group B, Non-Gazetted] and Stenographer Grade ‘D’ [Group C] in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations of the Government of India through the official website of the Commission at ssc.nic.in.
The application process for SSC Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Exam 2023 was started on August 02. Candidates who have not applied for the recruitment must ensure to complete the registration process by 11:00 PM, today. The application correction window for the registered candidates will be active from August 24 to 25, 2023. As per the schedule, the Commission will conduct the Stenographer examination in October 2023.
Vacancy
The Staff Selection Commission aims to fill a total of 1207 vacancies for the post of Stenographer. Out of these, 1114 are for Stenographer Grade D and 93 are for Stenographer Grade C vacancies.
Age Limit
Stenographer Grade C: The applicants must be between the age of 18 to 30 years as on August 01, 2023.
Stenographer Grade D: The applicants must be between the age of 18 to 27 years as on August 01, 2023.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have successfully cleared 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
