Get your hotdogs!

Stephen Colbert transformed into Donny Franks, a character he played in a “Late Show” sketch in 2016, at the Democratic National Convention on Sunday.

Photos from the DNC (which kicks off Monday) show Colbert, 60, dressed as the entertaining hot dog vendor. He wore a shaggy brown wig, fake goatee, sunglasses and hat.

Ocasio-Cortez, 34, wore a pink dress as she enjoyed a hot dog and mingled with Colbert.

Colbert also showed his support for Vice President Kamala Harris‘ husband Doug Emhoff with a shirt that read, “Do Dougs, Not Drugs.”

The comedian also had a shirt of Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, that said, “Ballz to the Walz.”

Colbert played Donny Franks in a hilarious sketch on his late-night show in Sept. 2016. He went to a Chicago Cubs game at Wrigley Field undercover as Donny and sold hot dogs to people at the stadium.

“All I got is hot dog,” Colbert as Donny said in the skit. “Literally. It’s all I have in my life. I’ve driven away everyone who loved me.”

Colbert is taping “The Late Show” live at Chicago’s Auditorium Theater this week to coincide with the DNC which is taking place at the United Center.

His guests on Monday night’s episode are Hillary Rodham Clinton and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

On Tuesday night, Colbert will be joined by Nancy Pelosi and House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries.

Pete Buttigeg will be on Wednesday’s show with a performance by Chance the Rapper.

No guests have been announced yet for Thursday’s show.

Colbert announced his Chicago shows back in April, saying in a statement, “I am very excited to broadcast from the beautiful Auditorium. I started my career in Chicago, let’s see if I can end it there.”

Last month, Colbert covered the Republican National Convention from Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City, rather than in Milwaukee where the RNC took place.

“Donald Trump — he is gearing up for next week’s Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, and ‘The Late Show’ will be live, right there!” Colbert told his audience on his show. “All next week, we’ll bring you all the latest updates from the event where you are disappointed but not surprised to see your brother-in-law.”

Colbert previously broadcast his show live during the political conventions in 2016 and 2020.
