How are the WhistleOut awards judged?
The WhistleOut Awards for phone and internet plans categories are chosen over a year-long process. The providers of the three best plans in each category are awarded three, two and one points by WhistleOut’s experts each month between July 2023 and June 2024.
The providers with the highest point totals at the end of the 12-month period are awarded as winners. Ties are settled based on the number of first, second and then third positions.
