15) Empowering Tamil Nadu’s Youth: The Tamil Nadu government has earmarked Rs 200 crore for the second phase of the Illam Thedi Kalvi scheme. 16) Expanding Access to Nutritious Meals: The Chief Minister’s Breakfast scheme will be expanded to include government-aided primary schools in rural areas, with a budget allocation of Rs 600 crore. This initiative aims to provide nutritious meals to students, supporting their health and well-being while enhancing their learning outcomes.
