Tendam has announced the appointment of Carlos Domínguez as the new CEO of Springfield, effective from September 1, as stated in a press release.

Domínguez will also join Tendam’s Management Committee. This appointment comes following the departure of Marc Calabia, whose exit will be finalized at the end of August.
Domínguez has been with Tendam for nearly 11 years and previously held leadership roles in various areas, including Purchasing and Design for Cortefiel Women, Hoss Intropia, and Slowlove. He also had previous responsibilities within Springfield Women.
“I take on this challenge with great enthusiasm and with the conviction of having the best team possible. The brand has demonstrated its ability to materialize many pioneering initiatives that define Tendam’s ecosystem, initiatives that we will continue to promote in order to lead the segment of young fashion for both men and women and shape its future direction,” expressed the new CEO of Springfield.
Domínguez holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid. Prior to joining Tendam, he held various management positions at L’Oreal for nine years, eventually becoming sales director.
