For her most recent post, she uploaded a trio of mirror selfies.
In the three snaps, the influencer could be seen squeezing into a tiny outfit.
And in the third she even pouted for the camera.
Kayla captioned her post with heart and flower emojis.
It quickly received more than 16,000 likes.
And hordes of followers rushed to leave a comment.
One gushed: “This is what perfection looks like.”
While a second called her: “The BEST!”
A third exclaimed: “WHOA!!”

Kayla comes from a sporting family.
Her father Brian played baseball for the University of Florida.
While her grandfather even played for the Pittsburgh Pirates in the MLB.
Kayla continued the sporting theme by playing volleyball for Marshall University.
She spent four years as part of Marshall’s programme, prior to becoming an influencer.
