This wasn’t any ordinary surprise guest.
During Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday, her boyfriend and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce made a surprise appearance on stage.
Swift brought Kelce out before she performed “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” a song on her new “The Tortured Poets Departments” album.
Kelce, 34, wore a tuxedo and a top hat and received a raucous ovation when fans realized it was him.
He carried Swift, 34, to a couch in between songs and put make-up on her.
Sunday’s show marked Swift’s third at Wembley as part of the Eras Tour, all of which Kelce has attended.
On Friday, Kelce and his brother, Jason, ran into Prince William and his kids at the concert.
And earlier during Sunday’s concert, Kelce was seen with Swift’s parents, Scott and Andrea, who sat with Paul McCartney, Sophie Turner and other celebrities.
Kelce is in the midst of his offseason after the Chiefs wrapped up their mandatory minicamp earlier this month.
The Chiefs don’t begin training camp until late July.
Kelce won his third Super Bowl with the Chiefs last year, and is entering his 12th season with the team.
He’s been open about how he approaches plans to retire, citing his brother Jason as an example.
“I think you were very fortunate that you were able to go out on your terms and that’s the goal,” Kelce said on the “New Heights” podcast which he and Jason co-host “If I can go out on my terms and not have something happen to my body, like a big-time injury to where I have to step away, that’s the biggest goal in football to be able to do it on my terms.
“I love playing at it at a level where I know I can have a bunch of success.”
