Candidates who qualified for the TSICET-2023 and seeking admission into MBA and MCA Courses can register for the counselling process on October 15, 2023. The certificate verification for already slot-booked candidates will be carried out on October 16 and exercising options after certificate verification will be done from October 16 to 17, 2023.
The seat allotment result for the TS ICET Special Round 2023 will be announced on or before October 20. Shortlisted candidates will then be required to pay the tuition fee between October 20 and 29, 2023.

Eligibility for TS ICET Special Phase Counselling 2023
1. Candidates who have secured a seat but are not interested in joining.
2. Who have not secured a seat so far but got their certificates verified.
3. Who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified in earlier phases or in a special phase.
4. Who have secured a seat, self-reported and reported at allotted college aspiring for a better option.

How to apply for TS ICET 2023 Special Phase Counselling 2023
Step 1. Visit the official website of Telangana State Council of Higher Education Hyderabad at ts
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the ICET 2023 Special Phase registration link
Step 3. Register yourself and generate the login credentials
Step 4. Login using the same details and fill out the application form
Step 5. Upload the required documents and pay the application fee
Step 6. Submit and download the TS ICET application form
Step 7. Download and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference
The Candidate who secures provisional allotment in the special Phase in the same college with a different course has to download the fresh provisional allotment order (special phase) and once again report in the same college in a different course on or before 31.10.2023, otherwise, the provisional allotment in special phase shall automatically stand cancelled,” reads the official notice.
