To qualify, general candidates must secure a minimum of 60 percent marks, BC category candidates require 50 percent or higher, and SC/ST/Differently abled candidates need 40 percent or more.
The Telangana TET exam took place from May 20 to June 3, spanning two sessions from 9 am to 11:30 am and from 2 pm to 4:30 pm, with a duration of 2.5 hours per session.
With the TSTET results now declared, successful candidates can use their TSTET certificate to apply for teaching positions in various schools across Telangana, including government, aided, and private schools, based on their eligibility and preferences. This certificate validates their eligibility to teach in Telangana schools and is a requisite during the recruitment process.
