UGC NET 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to close the correction window for the University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC NET 2024) today at 11.59 pm. Candidates who have registered for the NTA NET June 2024 exam can make edits in the UGC NET application form 2024 through the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
Once the correction facility ends, the NTA will issue UGC NET exam city intimation slips to all registered candidates.These slips will inform students about the likely locations of the exam centres.
Scheduled for June 18, the UGC NET June 2024 exam will be conducted in the OMR-based format. Unlike previous years, where the exam was held in computer-based test (CBT) mode for a duration of 3 hours.

Both the UGC NET admit card and advanced city slip will be issued through the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The link to download the UGC NET admit card will be available on the NTA official website, nta.ac.in.
In terms of corrections, candidates can edit their date of birth, category, father’s name, and mother’s name. However, changes to the candidate’s name, gender, photograph, signature, mobile number, email address, permanent and correspondence address, and exam city will not be permitted.
The UGC NET June 2024 exam will cover 83 subjects in pen-and-paper mode. Conducted twice a year by the NTA, the exam aims to award Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), eligibility for assistant professorship, and admission to PhD programmes.
