NEW DELHI: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has announced a record verification programme for candidates who have qualified for the Physical Eligibility Test/Physical Efficiency Test (PET/PEET) for the Forest Guard Examination 2022. The record verification will be held from September 22, 2023 to October 11, 2023 at the Examination Hall, UKPSC, Haridwar.
The candidates who have been shortlisted for the record verification must submit the following documents to the Commission office on the scheduled date:

  • Self-signed printout and checklist of the online application form
  • All certificates related to mandatory educational qualification, preferential qualification, reservation, etc.
  • Two sets of self-attested photocopies of each certificate
  • Two latest self-attested passport size photographs

The record verification will be conducted in two sessions, each from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Candidates must be present in the examination hall by 9:00 am for the first session and 1:00 pm for the second session.
At the time of record verification, it is mandatory to submit a certificate regarding the defect in normal vision of the candidate not exceeding +/- 4.00 D. The said certificate will be valid only after it is issued by the authorized government hospital.
Candidates who do not appear personally at the UKPSC, Haridwar on the date fixed for verification of records will not be considered for the final selection result.
The final selection result will be declared to the eligible candidates approved by the UKPSC on the basis of their merit as per the provisions prescribed in the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Examination Result Preparation Process 2022 (as amended).
