Correction period and details
The correction window is open for a duration of one month, starting from September 20, 2023. During this period, candidates and their guardians can make necessary amendments to any incorrect information in the form, such as:
- Name of candidates
- Mobile Number
- Caste
- Gender
- Subjects
- Father’s name
- Mother’s name
- Photograph
- Signature
- Address
Candidates need to check and inform the school authority of any changes that need to be made on their school forms. Further, UP Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad Secretary Divyakant Shukla has provided instructions to school principals affiliated with the UP board to meticulously review the details of both high school and intermediate school students uploaded on the website for the upcoming board exams in 2024.
Previously, the board allowed offline corrections at regional offices in the districts of Prayagraj, Meerut, Varanasi, Bareilly, and Gorakhpur. However, he emphasised that any errors should be promptly rectified or updated on the board’s website. This ensures that every student appearing for the 2024 examinations has accurate information.
