UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2023: The Union Public Service Commission has released an important notice on the UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2023 personality test. Candidates who will appear for the personality test can check the official notice on the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
Following the declaration of the results for the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2023 on December 8, 2023, the UPSC has commenced the Personality Tests (Interviews) starting from January 2, 2024.
Phase I of the Personality Test (P.T.) program is scheduled from January 2, 2024, to February 16, 2024. Phase II is slated to take place from February 19, 2024, to March 15, 2024. The P.T. schedule for the remaining candidates will be made available on the Commission’s website in due course.

In response to requests from candidates scheduled for P.T./Interview, who were recommended through CSE-2022 or previous CSEs but couldn’t be allocated the Service by the closing date of DAF-I of CSM-2023, the Commission has decided to open a window for updating their employment/service allocation details in DAF-I.
Candidates can update their details regarding service allocation only in DAF-I through the link https://upsconline.nic.in. The window for updating details is open from February 1, 2024, to February 5, 2024, until 6:00 PM. Details updated during this period will be considered for P.T./Interview purposes, specifically for candidates scheduled in Phase II or later.
Candidates are advised to make necessary updates within the stipulated timeframe, irrespective of any previous communication with the Commission regarding the same. No requests received after the closing date (February 5, 2024, 6:00 PM) will be entertained.
