So when I saw VS Sassoon had re-released its hugely popular Curl Secret my interest was piqued, because technically this tool curls your hair for you. No twisting, turning or special skills required.
All you have to do is insert your hair into the slot, press start and watch as it binds around the hair. When the tool beeps you release your hair from the slot to find ringlets left behind.
The original auto curler, which was released in 2013, was revolutionary but a decade later new technology means this Curl Secret is even better and gentler on the hair.
You can choose between three curling styles — defined, loose or wavy — and there are five heat settings.
It’s proving to be just as popular as the previous model with Gen Z.
