- Proof of Age:- Pass Certificate/Admit Card of Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
- Certificate/Mark sheet showing that the candidate has passed Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
- Domicile Certificate:- For candidates of Hill Sub-Divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts (As applicable).
- Gorkha, Garhwali & Rajbanshi community certificate (As applicable) [Mandatory for those candidates who took relaxation in Physical Measurement].
- Caste certificate for SC, and ST candidates issued by the competent authority under the Govt. of West Bengal (As applicable).
- OBC-A/OBC-B certificate issued by the competent authority under the Govt. of West Bengal.
- Revalidated/Renewed OBC – A/OBC – B certificates in case the actual OBC – A/OBC – B certificates that were issued before 01.01.2021.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC):- Candidates employed in any Govt. organization shall have to produce NOC (As applicable).
- Relevant certificate as per specified format uploaded with information to applicants, for the meritorious sports person.
- The Civic Volunteers serving in Kolkata Police shall produce their Enrollment Certificate as per the specified format attached herein.
