Actor and comedian Wayne Brady got into a car accident in Malibu, California and then ended up in an argument that eventually turned physical on Sunday.

Brady was apparently driving down the Pacific Coast Highway on the night of November 19 when another car hit him, according to TMZ. Then, the unnamed 51-year-old man pulled over and things got a little bit testy. What started out as an argument eventually led to a physical altercation, TMZ says. Brady called the police after the fight and the other man got back in his car and started driving down the PCH. He was eventually found and arrested for battery, DUI and a hit-and-run — triple trouble.

A source told People Magazine that Brady was thinking about his daughter during the altercation.

Wayne is so upset about this incident with a drunk driver. As a father, he was just thankful it was not his daughter or anyone’s child dealing with this. He kept thinking what if it was his daughter.

The fire department responded to the scene, TMZ reports, but Brady is apparently OK and didn’t need to be taken to the hospital. A source told the site that Brady is “banged up and sore,” and he will be taking it easy for a little while.

Right now, there’s no word on the condition of Brady’s or the other guy’s cars. Though, I suppose it couldn’t have been too bad if the dude just drove off.

The 51-year-old Brady is, of course, best known for his work on shows like “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” “Let’s Make A Deal” and “The Wayne Brady Show.”
