She has since forged out a career as a model, which has been helped by her massive online following.
Ivana has built up her Instagram to over 3 million followers and she regularly produces the goods for them.
However, she revealed last month that she is now taking bookings as a DJ.
Ivanna even showed off her skills on the decks by posting a video of herself banging out the tunes.
And now she has left fans stunned as she joined the no-bra club for her latest gig.
Ivana wore a busty red number that barely contained her two up front for the event in a sensational look.
She shared several snaps of her behind the decks, and accompanied them with the caption: “It was such a pleasure to perform for this grand opening of @papisteaklv at @fontainebleaulasvegas. Epic night!”
But it seemed to be her outfit that had most of her admirers talking.
