Agastya International Foundation introduces Class Saathi – AI-powered Solution for Student Engagement and Performance Tracking |

BANGALORE: Agastya International Foundation has launched Class Saathi, an AI-powered student engagement and clicker-based performance tracking solution developed by TagHive, a Samsung-funded company.
A statement issued by the foundation stated that: “Experiential learning is at the core of Agastya International Foundation’s work to spark curiosity in children and make learning fun.This is now complemented by data-driven learning through easy assessments, powered by Class Saathi.”
Serving over 1 million students, Agastya International Foundation runs mobile science learning labs, Science centres and Labs on Bikes across 23 Indian states. Its mission is “to spark curiosity, nurture creativity, and instill confidence and caring” in economically disadvantaged children and government schoolteachers by bringing imaginative and innovative hands-on STEAM education and design-thinking through experiential, project-based and peer-to-peer learning to schools, across India.
Pankaj Agarwal, CEO at TagHive and IIT Kanpur and Harvard graduate, said in the statement, “Class Saathi powers over 6,000 classrooms in India and South Korea, and we are honoured to work with Agastya to bring our technology to even more students across India. Class Saathi is powering over 700 schools and enabling over 200 instructors across India to assess over 75,000 students with the Agastya International Foundation. With Class Saathi’s proprietary Bluetooth-based clicker technology, facilitators across the country can now seamlessly integrate continuous assessment into experiential learning programs.
