AP POLYCET 2024 counselling
Web-based counselling and certification verification schedule for the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET) 2024 has been announced by the Department of Technical Education. The exercising option for the qualified candidates to fill in their choice for counselling is scheduled from May 31, 2024 to June 5, 2024.
The step 1 for all the rank-holder candidates is to pay the processing fees online from May 24 to June 2.After that, the candidates will have to appear for the certificate verification at the helpline centres, along with the Processing fee payment receipt according to the given schedule.
AP POLYCET Schedule for Decentralised Certificate Verification
The SC/ST/BC/OC candidates will have to appear at the Helpline centre at 9:00 AM for the certificate verification as per the following schedule.
List of documents required
The list of required documents that candidates need to carry for certificate verification is as follows:
- APPOLYCET-2024 Hall ticket
- Processing Fee Payment slip
- APPOLYCET-2024 Rank Card
- S.S.C or its Equivalent Marks memo(Original or Internet copy).
- Class IV to X Study Certificates or a residence certificate covering the last 7 years before the qualifying examination or an Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate from either parent for a duration of 10 years.
- EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25 from MeeSeva/(Gram/Ward) sachivalam, for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category.
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority for the reserved category candidates.
- Transfer certificate
- PwD certificate, if applicable.
All candidates have to carry the original certificates and two sets of photocopies. The original certificates need not be deposited in the college at the time of admission.
AP POLYCET Choice Filling Schedule
Once the document verification concludes, candidates can fill in their choice of courses and colleges in the order of preference. The choice-filling window for counselling will remain open from May 31, 2024. Check the rank-wise choice-filling schedule here.
Seat Allotment
The allotment will be announced on the official website https://appolycet.nic.in on June 7, 2024 after 6:00 PM. The candidates will be able to access the allotment card by keying in their login credentials.
