Bihar DElEd 2024 exam for March 30 and 31 postponed, check official notice here

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has postponed the DElEd 2024 exam scheduled for March 30 and 31. Candidates must note that the exam from April 01 to 28 will be conducted as per their scheduled time.
According to the official notice, the exam is postponed due to unavoidable reasons. There is no change in the exam scheduled from 01 April to 28 April 2024.The new dates of the affected exams will soon be announced on the official website of the Board at dledsecondary.biharboardonline.com.

Furthermore, there will be no exam on April 11(Eid), April 17 (Ram Navami), April 19 (Lok Sabha Elections First Phase) and April 26 (Lok Sabha Elections Second Phase). Also, there will be no examination at the examination centers fixed in Bhagalpur district and Purnia from March 30, 2024 to April 23, 2024.
This year, a total of 6,81,982 candidates will be taking the D.El.Ed entrance examination across 53 examination centers located in Patna, Bhojpur, Bhagalpur, Chhapra, Siwan, Darbhanga, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, and Purnia.

Exam Instructions

  • The first exam session starts at 10:00 am and ends at 12:30 pm. You can enter the exam hall between 8:30 am and 9:30 am.
  • The second exam session runs from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Entry is allowed between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm.
  • Don’t wear shoes and socks when you come to the exam center.
  • Instead, wear slippers when you enter. This rule helps keep things consistent and secure during the exam.
  • Your biometric details will be recorded when you enter the exam hall to maintain the exam’s integrity.
  • Each question in the exam carries one mark, so accuracy is crucial.
  • Apart from your admit card, bring a valid photo ID (like Voter ID, Aadhaar card, bank passbook with photo, passport, driving license, or ration card with photo).
