The Higher Secondary Certificate Examination and Class 10 or high school certificate examination were both conducted in March 2024.The Higher Secondary Certificate Examination was held for a longer duration, from March 1 to 23, while the Class 10 exam took place from March 2 to 21. Both exams were conducted during the morning session, between 9:15 AM and 12:15 PM.

The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has announced the list of toppers for the Class 10th exams held in 2024. Simran Shabba of Raipur secured the first position with a remarkable score of 99.50%, making her the top scorer in the state. Honisha of Bilaspur stood second with a percentage of 98.83%, followed by Shreyansh Kumar Yadav of Raipur who secured the third position with 98.33%.
It is important to note that there were four students who tied for the fourth position, each securing a score of 98.17%. These students are Rahul Ganjeer of Bilaspur, Dolly Sahu of Raipur, Anshika Singh of Raipur, and Arpita Shailee Kujur of Raipur.
The Chhattisgarh Board (CGBSE) announced the Class 12 toppers for 2024. Mahek Agrawal secured the first position with a commendable score of 97.40%. Kopal Ambast followed closely behind at the second position with 97.00%. Preeti and Ayushi Gupta jointly secured the third position with an impressive 96.80% each. Sameer Kumar also performed remarkably, achieving the fourth position with 96.60%.
