Draymond Green seemingly got the last laugh when the Phoenix Suns were swept in the NBA playoffs after center Jusuf Nurkic trolled him for missing the playoffs.
The Golden State Warriors missed the playoffs after losing to the Sacramento Kings in the play-in tournament. After the loss, Nurkic tweeted an image of the famous Looney Tunes slogan, “That’s all, folks.”

To NBA fans, it was clear that Nurkic was referring to the Warriors’ loss. Earlier in the season, Green was ejected when he smacked Nurkic during a game. What followed was a lengthy suspension.
During the post-game presser, Nurkic claimed Green needed help with whatever issues he may have had.
The Suns earned the seventh seed in the Western Conference playoffs, but were quickly dispatched in four games by the Minnesota Timberwolves. While discussing the series on an episode of The Draymond Green Show, Green made sure to remind everyone of Nurkic’s tweet.
“Ironically, the tweet may [that] may have spoiled faster [was] from the ‘Big Softie,”” Green said. “Big Softie wanted to tweet after we lost, wanted to post a picture. That tweet spoiled so fast. Like, that’s spoiled milk. Yeah, that is all, folks.
“You gotta be really careful when you’re not successful and you try to take jabs at people because when you really don’t have control of your own success, when you don’t play a large enough role in your team’s success, when you can’t really affect the outcome of the game… When you really don’t affect the outcome of the game, it’s really tough to take jabs at people because you gotta jab and then you can’t affect what your end result is.”
