FPSB India and IIM Bangalore Join Forces to Enhance Financial Education

BANGALORE: FPSB India, a group that sets professional standards for financial planning in India, and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore), agreed to work together more closely. They signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to improve financial education and professional growth in India.
Together, FPSB India and IIM Bangalore will offer a special programme in Financial Planning for people who work and students.This programme will help meet the increasing demand for higher-level financial planning education. It will use the knowledge of both FPSB India and IIM Bangalore to give students a good learning experience that matches what the industry needs.
Also, FPSB India will give five scholarships based on merit to help deserving candidates become Certified Financial Planner professionals. Both organizations will work together to plan events like workshops, seminars, and conferences. These events will help people in the industry and students learn from each other and make connections. Krishan Mishra, CEO of FPSB India, said, “Working with IIM Bangalore is a big step for us to improve the financial planning field in India. We want to give students great chances to do well in this field and help it grow.”
