Following the appointment of Blake Harrop as executive vice-president image and communications, effective on May 1, Louis Vuitton has reshuffled its communications department by promoting Cécile Durieux and Bianca Manley, respectively, to the posts of vice-president menswear and corporate communications, and vice-president womenswear communications.

Both Durieux and Manley are experienced luxury industry executives, and have worked at Louis Vuitton, the LVMH group’s leading label, for many years. Durieux has been with the label’s communications and events department for over 15 years, rising through the ranks until she was named head of corporate communications, in charge of partnerships.

Bianca Manley Amzelek instead joined Louis Vuitton in 2019, to oversee the label’s international press office. She had previously worked at Giorgio Armani and Chanel.

Blake Harrop, formerly the president of the Amsterdam headquarters of the Wieden+Kennedy network of communications agencies, and a highly experienced global executive, is set to have a leading role in the new chapter that CEO Pietro Beccari will be writing in the history of Louis Vuitton. Harrop succeeds Stefano Cantino, who recently left the Parisian label after a five-year stint to join Gucci.
