NEW DELHI: The Meghalaya Board of School Education has declared the MBOSE HSSLC Result 2024 for Science and Commerce streams today, May 8, 2024. Students who have appeared for the Meghalaya Board Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (Commerce & Science) 2024 can check and download their results from the official websites at mbose.in or megresults.nic.in.
Along with Commerce and Science results for Class 12, the MBOSE has also announced the results of HSSLC Vocational stream.
MBOSE 12th Commerce Result 2024
A total of 2,179 candidates applied for the exams, with 2,162 appearing for them. Among the candidates, 679 successfully passed, yielding a pass percentage of 80.81%. Among male candidates, out of 1,170 who applied, 1,157 appeared, with 316 securing first division, 504 second division, and 115 third division.
Furthermore, 60 male candidates were compartmental. Among female candidates, out of 1,009 who applied, 1,005 appeared, with 363 achieving first division, 442 second division, and 60 third division. Overall, 865 candidates secured first division, with an 86.07% pass rate, while 935 candidates secured second division, with a pass rate of 83.26%.
MBOSE 12th Science Result 2024
In total, 3,454 candidates applied for the exams, with 3,426 candidates appearing. Out of these, 1,292 candidates passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 87.27%. Among male candidates, out of 1,400 applicants, 1,383 appeared, with 544 achieving first division, 590 securing second division, and 73 obtaining third division.
Additionally, 65 male candidates were compartmental. Among female candidates, out of 2,054 applicants, 2,043 appeared, with 748 attaining first division, 965 securing second division, and 65 obtaining third division. Overall, 1,778 candidates achieved first division with a pass percentage of 87.03%, while 2,985 candidates achieved second division with a pass percentage of 87.13%.
Candidates are required to have their Meghalaya HSSLC Hall Ticket 2024 handy when checking their results. Access to the Meghalaya Board 12th Results 2024 will necessitate the MBOSE Board Roll Number. To successfully qualify for the Meghalaya HSSLC Exams 2024, candidates must achieve a minimum of 35% marks in each subject.
The Meghalaya MBOSE HSSLC exams 2024 were conducted between March 1 and March 28, 2024. To view their results, students are required to provide their application number, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.

Step 4: Your MBOSE HSSLC Result 2024 will be displayed on the screen.

MBOSE HSSLC Result 2024: Last Years’ Statistics
Last year, the Science stream saw a participation of 3,635 students, out of whom 2,866 successfully passed, leading to a pass percentage of 78.84%. In the commerce stream, out of 2,383 students who appeared, 1,890 passed, leading to a pass rate of 79.31%.
In 2022, a total of 2,981 students appeared for the Class 12 exams in the Science stream. Out of which, 2,135 candidates passed the exams and the pass percentage stood at 71.62%. The pass rate for regular students was 73.79%, while the pass percentage for the Vocational stream was 100%.
