The newest longevity king claims to have reversed his biological clock by following a carefully curated ultra-healthy regime.

But unlike his multi-millionaire rival Bryan – Dave’s technique doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

On his website, which shares details of progress, the singleton reveals his extensive plan, which he boasts left him with the body of a 38-year old.

The grueling regime involves taking 150 supplements a day and avoiding all things that might speed up the ageing process – like sugar or stress.

“I don’t desire my healthspan to expire before my lifespan,” Dave admitted.

“My aim is to make them as equal as possible.

“My expectation is to live at the very least to the age of 95 in terrific shape … if not well past the age of 110, God willing.

“I only wish I knew and applied everything I know now, decades ago”.

Dave claims his approach, which has knocked 24 years off his internal age, costs him $30,000 a year.

I’m in my 30s but still get IDed at bars – my biohacks for looking younger, including a supplement I take religiously

A measly budget compared to the $2million a year Bryan spends to on his youthfulness, which involves more drastic measures, like infusions of his teenage son’s blood.

Dave, a retired systems engieer, claims he never set out to cheat death, but instead started making healthy lifestyle changes.

DAVE PASCOE’S ANTI-AGEING PLAN

He places a lot of importance on sleep, so never set an alarm to wake up, so as to avoid any additional stress.

The anti-ageing guru then begins an extensive morning routine which consists of lots of stretching (in bed and on the floor) alongside five minutes of bouncing on a mini trampoline to get the blood flowing.

After this, he brushes his teeth, scrapes his tongue and tracks his ‘sleep score’ on his garmin.

As a single guy who lives alone, I’ll trade that workout, sauna session or biohack for connected quality time, every time.

Next, Dave gets outside and goes on a walk before following it up with a P90X workout that focuses on resistance and weight training.

After his morning of exercise, he then turns to the sauna to relax and starts his 45 minutes of meditation.

To fuel his body he has a workout shake and breakfast of a green bananna and a berry bowl.

Four times a year, Dave will shake things up and donate his plasma a few times so his “entire blood volume is filtered”.

DON’T BE TOO RIGID

To some, his routine might seem rigid, but Dave claims he can be flexible when he needs to be.

He explained: “These are my regular routines that I simply perform out of habit.

“However, life happens. If something should come up that would interfere with performing one or more of them, I don’t stress out about it.

“I’ll just do them at an alternate time or pick them up again the next day.

“While it’s awesome to have good structure and discipline, some of the best things in life occur spontaneously!”

He prioritises his “me time” by scheduling it into his calendar.

“But I will not pass on an opportunity to spend quality time with others,” he added.

“As a single guy who lives alone, I’ll trade that workout, sauna session or biohack for connected quality time, every time.

“A single day of missing a few routines will not kill me.

“However, chronic undesired disruptions will certainly get me extremely agitated!”

Dave revealed he only induldges in lunch a few times a week, and instead opts early dinner between 3-5pm to keep himself satisfied.

Who is Bryan Johnson?

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last few years, you’ve likely heard of a man called Bryan Johnson.

Mr Biohacker himself has spent millions of dollars to fend off the effects of ageing.

Alongside help received from doctors and health experts, Bryan, who is biologically 46, has taken up treatments to achieve the body of an 18-year-old.

His ambitious plan to make him look a lot younger involves a strict diet, exercise and a meticulous sleep routine.

Bryan also embarks on a number of different medical procedures ranging from regular blood tests and infusing himself with a litre of his son’s plasma to ‘painful’ shock therapy on his penis.

This usually consists of some sort of organic, grass fed meat, a wide range of colourful veggies and fermented add ons such as sauerkraut.

He tends to avoid carbs, which he said is enough to ensure he stays slim without needing to count calories.

As he begins to wind down, Dave pops on some blue-blocking glasses to reduce his exposure to light while watching TV and using his tablet.

While watching Netflix Dave does some flexibility exercises and eats two kiwis, which are believed to protect the skin and delay the ageing process.
