Texas airport police believed the ‘crazy plane lady’ at the center of the viral “that mother f–ker is not real” plane meltdown was intoxicated — and threatened to arrest her, according to bodycam video obtained by The Post.
Tiffany Gomas, 38, is seen in clips telling officers “f—k you” and “get the f—k out of my face” during the July 2 incident, which started when Gomas was kicked off an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Orlando, Fla. following an argument over AirPods.
“She’s messing with TSA; we’re probably going to arrest her for public intoxication,” a Dallas Fort Worth Airport police officer can be heard telling an airline manager in one of the videos. “She’s still continuing to be a headache.”
One clip shows an airline manager asking cops if they can arrest Gomas, saying she’d “threatened the flight”.
Earlier Gomas had claimed the plane was in danger as she attempted to get off, telling passengers: “You can sit on this plane and you can f—ing die with them or not. I’m not going to.”
After the plane had returned to the gate, all passengers had to deplane and a new security check had to be carried out.
“As of now we need to remove her from the flight because she threatened the flight and everything,” the manager says.
“She threatened the whole plane. So at this point, we have to make sure it’s safe. Because we cannot take it lightly,” the manager says.
Another American Airlines employee is then heard asking the cops to drug test Gomas.
“Even if she’s on drugs, intoxicated, because she’s on something,” the man adds.
A flight attendant is also seen telling airport police they were assaulted by Gomas.
“She put her hands on me and her,” said the employee, motioning to a second flight attendant.
Cops tell the airline workers they’re not sure if Gomas committed a crime, and note they can’t even ask for her ID unless she’s broken the law.
Officers then learned Gomas had made her way back to the gate — despite the airline revoking her ticket.
The airline manager and several officers approach Gomas to demand that she leave.
“Ma’am, ma’am, since you no longer have a valid ticket or business on this side of the airport, we’ve got to escort you out to the public side,” an officer tells her.
“If you don’t leave, you’ll be, uh, under arrest for criminal trespassing. This is your warning right here.”
The officer repeats the warning, and as cops begin to escort Gomas out of the terminal, she quietly sobs “Do not let that flight leave.”
“I’m being dead serious. Do not let that flight leave,” she says.
“That flight is not going to make it to Orlando. It’s not going to. I’m telling you whoever is on that flight is not making it to Orlando. There’s a lot of people on that flight,” she continues pleading with the officer as she’s escorted out of the terminal.
“Y’all need to escort me out… really,” Gomas tells the officer. “Until you see this flight f–ing blow up.”
Gomas was ultimately only verbally cited for criminal trespassing.
She was not arrested or tested for public intoxication and does not face further charges.
Outside the terminal, Gomes then uses multiple expletives in a rant at four officers before warning them, “My dad’s a cop, f–k you dude,” video showed.
The foul-mouthed Dallas native apologized for her actions Sunday, calling herself a “crazy plane lady” and telling TMZ her behavior was “completely unacceptable.”
“I hope that you guys can accept my apology and I can begin to move on with my life,” Gomas told the outlet in a clip before launching a new website which asked viewers to join her in “promoting positive mental health and standing up against cyberbullying.”
