Prince Harry, King Charles set date for ‘peace talks’: report

They found some spare time?

King Charles III, 74, and his youngest son, Prince Harry, 38, are reportedly set to meet for “peace talks” on Sept. 17 amid their ongoing family feud — an occasion the king is said to have cleared his schedule for.

“King Charles is due to return to London from Balmoral in the middle of September, which ties in with the end of Harry’s Invictus Games trip to Dusseldorf,” an unidentified source told UK’s OK! Magazine.

“The king has a rescheduled official visit to France on Sept. 20, so [he] has a few days to spare in London to meet with his son. Staff are trying to fine-tune the details as we speak.”

Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, 42, does not have plans to join them.

The Post reached out to Buckingham Palace and reps for Harry for comment.

It’s no secret that there has been tension between Harry and his family in recent years, especially following the release of his January tell-all memoir “Spare,” in which he alleged his father branded him the “spare” since birth.

OK!’s insider said the king was particularly upset by Harry’s portrayal of his wife, Queen Camilla, 76, in “Spare.”

Harry claimed Camilla “sacrificed me on her personal PR altar.”

“If the talks take place, the king will make it very clear that there will be absolutely no private family business discussed in public moving forward,” OK!’s source said.

Harry laid bare more of the family struggles in the December 2022 Netflix docuseries “Harry & Meghan,” which explored the aftermath of the couple’s decision to step down from royal duties in 2020.

Harry returned to the UK in May to attend his father’s historic coronation at Westminster Abbey, but he wasn’t spotted with his brother, Prince William, or his father, and he didn’t play an official role in the ceremony.

Instead, the redheaded royal sat in the third row, blocked by Princess Anne’s large feather-plume hat.

He was only in the country for less than 24 hours, as he raced home to his family in Montecito, California, to celebrate son Archie’s 4th birthday.

The rumored peace talks between Harry and Charles would come just weeks before the monarch turns 75 on Nov. 14.

It’s unclear if Harry and Markle will traverse the pond to celebrate. One royal expert recently speculated Harry may go solo, a similar approach to how the couple handled the coronation.

“He could go on his own and bring Archie with him,” royal biographer and journalist Angela Levin mused to GB News last week.

“He’s a big boy now, and he could see his cousins,” she continued of Archie.

Harry and Markle have two children, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, 4, and Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, 2.

“Charles would want Harry and Meghan’s children there,” Levin said.
