KUWAIT CITY, May 8: Kuwait Club basketball team received a warm and enthusiastic welcome on arrival after winning the West Asia Super League Championship title in Manama on Monday.

Kuwait Club President Khaled Al-Ghanem, leading the reception committee, expressed immense pride in the team’s unprecedented achievement of securing the title in the Gulf region for the third consecutive time. He dedicated the victory to the political leadership and the Kuwaiti people, emphasizing that the team represents the nation and the accomplishment belongs to all Kuwaitis. Al-Ghanem highlighted the pivotal role played by the club’s vice president and game director, Badr Al-Osaimi, in supporting the team and praised the players and technical staff for their outstanding performance.

Dhari Burgess, President of the Kuwait Basketball Association, also extended congratulations for this remarkable achievement, recognizing the tremendous effort and perseverance that led to this success.
