A WOMAN with two boyfriends says she’s technically not cheating because she suffers a rare condition.
Annie Charlotte, 25, from Surrey, was born with uterus didelphys, meaning she has two vaginas, and two wombs.

The medical phenomenon means that the model could conceive two babies with two different men at the same time.
She also has two periods – something she manages with contraception – and says both are “completely functional”.
Annie, an OnlyFans model, previously made headlines when she said her now ex-boyfriend had one vagina, while she kept the other “for work”.
But after her relationship ended last year, Annie – who claims to have made millions from her quirky condition – has gone on to meet two new men.

She says: “All the internal stuff is duplicated. It works as my reproductive system is essentially split in half making two halves which work independently.
“I don’t cheat because I let my boyfriends use one vagina each.
“They both have their own vagina, so they only have sex with that one.
“They don’t really know about each other. I never told either of them about each other – I didn’t think they needed to know.”
Annie has been dating one of the men for four months, and the second for two months.
Aware they could soon find out, Annie said: “We haven’t been dating too long and they both know I’m dating for fun and nothing serious.
“I’m just going to see what happens!
“I started dating only recently.
“I got my first boyfriend last year, and then just kind of enjoyed that until it fizzled out and then started dating two new people.
“It was casual at first but then we started hanging out more and more.
“It is actually kind of nice because they are both totally comfortable with making OnlyFans content with me and their vagina.”
‘They’d get upset if they knew’
Annie says it can be “hard to juggle” both men, but she sees them each once a week and spends alternate weekends with them.
She added: “I wouldn’t say we have a sex schedule per se, but I don’t have sex with them both on the same day – I feel like that’s fair for them.
Once penetrating you can be guided into a vagina – basically it’s all about angles.

“Guys seem to get upset about girls sleeping with two guys within a 24-hour period so I just thought it was for the best.”
‘I have one vulva that splits into two vaginas’
Annie, who has 34,000 followers on Instagram (@twopssyprincess), was diagnosed with uterus didelphys when she went to get a contraceptive coil fitted as a teenager.
She said: “I was a young woman. I was just starting to become interested in dating and exploring different parts of my body and I was suddenly told it was different to everyone else’s.
“As a teenager, you want to be ‘normal’, and being told you weren’t, was really quite scary.”
Uterus didelphys is a rare condition women have from birth. It causes two uteruses (wombs), although some women also have two cervix and vaginas.
As well as painful periods, that can occur at different times of the month, it can cause pregnancy complications.
People with a double uterus are at increased risk of miscarriage and preterm birt – but can have healthy pregnancies.
Luckily, by the time she went to university to study philosophy and religion a few years ago, Annie had learnt to open up – even using the quip ‘I have two vaginas’ as an ice breaker.
She said: “I really started to accept it.
I used to think I just had super heavy periods but I was actually just putting a tampon in the wrong vagina!

“I stopped looking at it as a medical issue, and all the problems that could arise from having children, and instead something that was just a super-cool aspect of myself because of people’s reactions, they would be shocked but also so interested.
“Now, I’ve completely embraced it and accepted it as part of myself, and I’ve never been more confident.”
Explaining ‘the wall’ between her two vaginas, Annie says: “When I first touched myself I didn’t realise that having a wall to touch wasn’t normal.”
Often menstrual symptoms are what lead to a diagnosis, as the condition can cause painful cramps and heavy bleeding.
Women may also think their tampons are leaking, when in fact it is because their tampon is only in one vagina.
Annie says: “I used to think I just had super heavy periods but I was actually just putting a tampon in the wrong vagina!
“They don’t bleed at the same time. I don’t really understand how that side of it all works but I have been on the Pill since I was diagnosed so I haven’t had a period in a long time.
“They are also side by side, not on top of each other.”
The Pill works in various ways depending on the type, including thinning the womb lining to prevent an egg from attaching to it, and thickening mucus to prevent sperm from entering the uterus.

What is uterus didelphys?
UTERUS didelphys is a rare congenital condition where sufferers are born with two uteruses.
Each one has its own fallopian tube and ovary. Some people may also have two cervixes and two vaginal canals. The vaginas are split by a wall of tissue.
Sex organs develop when a baby is between six weeks to 22 weeks during pregnancy.
Females typically grow a uterus from two channels called the Mullerian ducts. These channels join together and make one hollow organ called the uterus.
In uterine didelphys, the channels don’t properly join together. Each tube can turn into a uterus, causing you to develop two.
The most common symptoms include:
- Painful sex
- Cramping before and during period
- Heavy or abnormal bleeding during period
- Leaking blood when using a tampon
About 0.3 per cent of the population has uterus didelphys.
It is typically discovered when a girl is at least a teenager or older, or when she first has a cervical smear test.
Uterus didelphys can cause pregnancy complications, such as an increased risk of miscarriage and preterm birth, because there is less room in the uterus.
Surgery is not usually required, unless someone experiences repeated pregnancy loss or very painful intercourse.
