“We are excited about our new partnership with Zegna and are confident that it will accelerate many of our shared business strategies, including those related to ethical entrepreneurship and environmental awareness. Our position as a premier beauty partner is aligned with Zegna’s position as the world leader in luxury menswear”, said Corrado Brondi, CEO and founder of Give Back Beauty, which also holds the licensing deals with Tommy Hilfiger and Chopard, among others.

Zegna’s beauty license was previously held by U.S. beauty giant Estée Lauder, which shuttered its designer fragrances division in 2021.

Give Back Beauty is the exclusive global licensee for beauty products from brands such as Elie Saab , Philipp Plein and Iceberg, and serves as a strategic partner and distributor for the beauty lines of Dolce & Gabbana, Olaplex and Billie Eilish. Active in over 130 countries, the privately owned firm has approximately 350 employees and net sales of approximately $300 million.

“Give Back Beauty’s renowned multi-category experience and focus on innovation and sustainability make it the ideal partner for the development of new beauty products for men. This licensing agreement is consistent with our selective strategy of extending the Zegna brand which further enriches the customer experience in the coming years,” comments Ermenegildo Zegna, president and CEO of the Zegna Group.

In its most recent trading update in October, Zegna confirmed the company was on track to achieve its medium term, end-2025 goals, after reporting a 20.8% rise in third-quarter revenues.
